• We retrieve calendar events, schedules, and availability information to enable our core scheduling services
• We create, modify, or delete calendar events only based on your explicit actions within our application
• Your Google Calendar data is never used for advertising purposes
• We do not transfer your Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide our service
• We only retain your Google Calendar data for as long as necessary to provide our services
• You can revoke our access to your Google data at any time by disconnecting your Google account in your CalSyncEx settings or through your Google account settings
• We do not permit humans to read your Google Calendar data except (a) if we obtain your affirmative consent, (b) as necessary for security purposes or to comply with applicable law, or (c) for internal operations such as resolving support issues

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Microsoft API Services User Data Policy

When you connect your Microsoft Calendar (Outlook) to CalSyncEx, we access and use your Microsoft user data in the following ways:

• We access your Microsoft Calendar data solely to provide calendar synchronization and scheduling functionality
• We retrieve calendar events, schedules, and availability information to enable our core scheduling services
• We create, modify, or delete calendar events only based on your explicit actions within our application
• Your Microsoft Calendar data is never used for advertising purposes
• We do not transfer your Microsoft user data to third parties except as necessary to provide our service
• We only retain your Microsoft Calendar data for as long as necessary to provide our services
• You can revoke our access to your Microsoft data at any time by disconnecting your Microsoft account in your CalSyncEx settings or through your Microsoft account settings

Our use and transfer of information received from Microsoft APIs to any other app will adhere to Microsoft's API terms and policies, including requirements related to user data privacy and security.

  • Book events into your calendar based on your explicit actions and configured settings.
  • Analyze free/busy information to help you optimize your schedule (this feature can be enabled/disabled).
  • Suggest potential new events, habits, or meeting preparation tasks based on your existing calendar data (this feature can be enabled/disabled).
  • Automatically suggest potential bookings based on your availability and event patterns (this feature can be enabled/disabled).
• App Data: Other information you submit to us (e.g., scheduling preferences, task details) to customize and operate the service.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our service (features used, frequency, duration) to understand usage patterns, troubleshoot issues, and improve the service.

Calendar data is encrypted in transit and at rest with robust encryption algorithms.
